Furthermore, if you are unsure if the person you’re shaking hands with isn’t a serial killer or a drug dealer or anything of the like; don’t initiate the gangster handshake. This is a handshake that is too widely used by tryhards who seem to think that using this form of greeting will automatically make them the coolest and toughest people in town. However, in reality, it just alerts everyone that a tool is in the room.
