The fundamental flaw of the education system.

Have you ever tried learning something from someone dumber than you? It’s like an African American… It just doesn’t work. You need someone that fully grasps the topic that is being taught so that they can answer any questions that you might have.

Dumb people should not be allowed to become teachers. I have had to put up with dumb teachers all the way through high school. I was looking forward to university because I thought the teachers would be smart and know what they’re talking about. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

The whole education system is plagued with idiots because everyone who isn’t good enough at what they are studying makes a realisation. They realise that they can never become a professional in that field of work because they don’t understand it properly. So they decide to become a teacher and proceed to confuse the hell out of several generations of children with their continuous contradictions and meaningless babble.

Dumb people may be able to get away with teaching lower primary school grades or sport. But when it comes to grade five and higher, we need smart people teaching our kids how to do things properly.

Children are the future. They’re the leaders of tomorrow. Their education is very important for the prosperity of our country. Who knows how many Einsteins could have bloomed and flourished with a little direction by a knowledgeable teacher or two along the way? Technology could be ten times as advanced as it is now if only we had half decent teachers.

Some people may think that our education system is working fine and hold the opinion that if it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Well, how do you know it’s not broken if you’ve never experienced it fixed before? You’ve been riding a horse with only three legs. You molested, Down syndrome sufferer. It’s time to try a four legged horse.

It should be made much harder for people to become teachers. This will initially decrease the amount of teachers available for schools, so teacher’s salaries should increase. The higher salary for teaching will attract more people. However, only the best of these people will be allowed to eventually become qualified teachers. I suppose it might cause some schools to close down, but that’s ok because these will be the worst schools in the area that can’t attract any reasonable teachers to them.

Hopefully teaching will become as prestigious as becoming a lawyer, doctor or rocket scientist. Teachers will need to be able to pass a very difficult oral English examination. This is to weed out all the Indians and Asians that can’t speak English, who will surely flood the education system once teaching becomes a prestigious profession.

Once all this has been implemented we will begin to reap the rewards of a clean education system, one which is sterilised from all teachers displaying the IQ of a two year old or resembling the intellectual ability of a retard.

LOL. Wow. The african american bit confused me but I’m right with you on the fundamental suggestion about quality teachers. I absolutely agree that teaching should be as prestigious as law, health, even entrepreneurship. Because really, think about how many young people’s lives a teacher will in some way touch throughout their professional life. It’s a lot, and therefore, they leave a huge stain on the future. The only thing to decide whether this stain is a shit-stain, or an awesome-stain, is up to the ability of the teacher.
